Delta Interior Design production organization is trimmed for customer-oriented flexibility and rapid execution with the capability of part manufacturing (also through reverse engineering, where needed), with the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Materials include light alloys and the whole range of composites and plastics (by injection molding or thermoforming). Products include cabin panels, monuments, cabinets and seat parts, both of own and other manufacturer’s design (for their own programs).
The related activities start from co-design parts up to series productions, passing through 3D solid modeling design, FEM analysis, master model, tools and ply-books, selecting the appropriate composite process technology, including autoclave, wet lay-up and press molding.
Our main facilities are: one clean room; 2 plotters for pre-preg and honeycomb cutting; one wrapping machine; 2 autoclaves; 20 presses; mechanical laboratory with 2 CNC five axis machines.
